Tournament prize cards fill the top of the list, not pack pulls, and seven of the ten biggest sales are Luffy.

Why prize cards rule the list
Six of the top ten were never in a booster pack. Bandai runs a ladder of official events (Flagship Battles, Treasure Cups, regional championships and the World Finals), and the top finishers win cards printed for them alone. Some are numbered (#001/077, #001/248); the most valuable are one of a kind.[1][2]
The 2023 World Finals added a twist: the prize Luffy, OP05-119, came in gold, silver and bronze, and each colour was printed in English, Japanese and Simplified Chinese. The English gold copy sold for $315,600 in December 2025.[3]
Smaller events made smaller runs. The serial-numbered Shanks OP01-120 was limited to 1,000 copies, handed to the top eight at Regionals and Treasure Cups in July and August 2023.[8]
The pack cards that made the list
The pack cards on the list are all Manga Rares: character art set over black-and-white panels from Eiichiro Oda's manga, the hardest pull in each set. The OP13 set added Red Manga versions of Luffy, Ace and Sabo, and they are the hardest of all. Samurai Sword Tokyo puts it at more than 200 boxes per red card.[10]
That is how a pack card reaches six figures: a Red Manga Luffy in BGS 10 sold for $104,430 in February 2026, and a Black Label copy reportedly went for $165,100 in July.[7][5]
Why English copies sell for more
For most cards, the Japanese print is the collector's version. For One Piece Manga Rares it runs the other way. In August 2026 a PSA 10 Red Manga Luffy was worth about $32,790 in English and about $10,862 in Japanese.[9] Japanese copies are the cheaper way into the same artwork, which matters if you're collecting for the art rather than the language.

Finding a prize card
Most cards on this list are one of a kind or numbered in the tens, and they usually sell through Goldin, Alt or eBay. Prize cards from Japanese events also change hands in Japan, listed in Japanese and priced in yen. That's the side of the market we watch. Tell us the card and your budget below.
